Khodorkovsky’s lawyers petition Ingodinsky court about their client’s recent days in punishment cell
The lawyers have submitted a statement to the court requesting that the punishment of Mikhail Khodorkovsky for the publication in Esquire, which printed his exchange of letters with the writer Boris Akunin, be declared unlawful.
“The suit has been submitted to the Ingodinsky district court in Chita,” lawyer Simeon Rozenberg told Interfax-Siberia on Tuesday.
Mikhail Khodorkovsky was sent to the punishment cell for 12 days on 8 October.
