Yet another appeal hearing for Aleksanyan
Scheduled for Monday at the Moscow City Court
On 1 December at 1 pm the Moscow City Court will consider an appeal by Vasily Aleksanyan’s defence team against the decision to extend his detention in custody until 22 January 2009. The decision was taken by the Simonovsky district court in Moscow on 20 October 2008.
