Court rules on Khodorkovsky's 12 days isolation in jail

On Friday the Ingodinsky district court in Chita ruled that the detention centre administration had not acted lawfully when giving Mikhail Khodorkovsky 12 days in the punishment cell for his October exchange of views with writer Boris Akunin in Esquire. The former Yukos head's defence lawyers will receive the full text of the decision later.
