Russian Jailed Tycoon Prepares Complaint About Conviction

Lawyers of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev finally managed to meet their clients on September 27. They were allowed into the Matrosskaya Tishina remand center where the two men are being held. According to the lawyers, Mikhail Khodorkovsky is already preparing a supervisory complaint about his conviction that was upheld by the appeals court and has come into force.
