Ex-Yukos Boss Will Get no Special Treatment in Jail Insists Russian Official

Head of the Federal Service for the Administration of Punishments Yuri Kalinin said at a news conference at the Interfax central office today, "I don't yet know where [Khodorkovsky] is going to serve his sentence, but as soon as the sentence comes into legal force, he will be transported there and we will tell you where he is." Kalinin also announced that if he wants to, Khodorkovsky would be able to work or study while in prison. However, Kalinin said that Khodorkovsky would not be able to run a business. "I don't even know what level of security he will be held under yet," Kalinin added.
