Meshchansky court agrees to combine the Lebedev and Khodorkovsky cases
Judge Irina Kolesnikova begins considering Platon Lebedev’s case. The court agrees to combine theLebedev and Khodorkovsky cases. All appeals will be considered jointly. Platon Lebedev refuses to study the Khodorkovsky case file and asks for a copy of Khodorkovsky’s indictment.
